Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for guiding current clients through the onboarding process, from initial setup to successful adoption of SCREENBUZZ’s DOOH solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and operations teams, collecting and validating client requirements, configuring accounts or platforms, and conducting walkthroughs and training sessions. The Onboarding Specialist will monitor onboarding milestones,



address client questions or concerns, and document processes and feedback to improve onboarding efficiency. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to ongoing account management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills to structure onboarding journeys, manage timelines, and ensure successful go-live for new clients.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, identify process gaps, and track onboarding metrics and performance.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct training sessions, create documentation, and handle client queries.
