1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative, analytical and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media presence and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media pages, coordinating photoshoots and video production, running campaigns, increasing followers and engagement, generating leads, monitoring competitors and analysing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances,



Kitchen Appliances, Electrical Appliances, FMCG, E-Commerce or D2C brands.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's social media strategy.
- Create monthly and quarterly social media plans.
- Build brand awareness and digital presence.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies.
- Identify current social media trends and opportunities.
- Develop campaigns around festivals, product launches and promotional events.
- Align social media activities with overall marketing and sales objectives.

B. Social Media Platform Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- X / Twitter, where applicable
- Pinterest, where applicable
- Other relevant social platforms
