Role Description
The Owner of the NUS Agility Office is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Udupi, responsible for setting the office’s strategic direction and ensuring alignment with university-wide priorities.



This role oversees the design and delivery of transformation initiatives, guiding teams in diagnosing organisational challenges, co‑creating solutions, and implementing changes that improve structures, processes, and capabilities. The Owner leads and mentors core staff, secondees, and management associates, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and faculties, governance of key projects, prioritisation of resources, and performance tracking against transformation goals. The role also involves representing the Agility Office in strategic forums, championing change leadership, and ensuring that learnings are captured and scaled across the university.
