Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the Group.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation across institutions.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for loans and funding requirements.
- Oversee investments, treasury operations, and financial risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and analysis to the Management/Board.
- Drive cost optimization, financial controls, and effective fund utilization.
