Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with expertise in APQP, CAPA, PPAP processes.
- Robust understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD or equivalent.
