Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage software license compliance across multiple platforms, including IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and other vendors.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential issues with licenses and develop strategies for remediation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to ensure effective communication about license management activities.
- Provide training on software asset management best practices to end-users.
