About the Position:
We are looking for a Development Quality Engineer to join the Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Quality HOD.

This position is based at our office in Manesar.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Define, Coordinate and Execute Development Quality KPIs. Prepare action Plans and promplty monitor the progress.





Identify and analyze the Quality Requirements, including CSR, during offer phase. Ensure all Quality requirements are properly mitigated by core team and promtly escalate in case of non-compliance.

Promote and ensure the application of the lessons learnt.

Interface with variour Product Platform Teams for Development Quality aspects and requirements, to achieve share results and report DQ relevent KDs during PMO Gate Review Meetings

Interface with the QE in the Plant to be supported for the Quality aspects of the Manufacturing Process written in the Development Quality Plan.

Support Product Development & Plants in the Validation Plan definition and, with the support of QE in the Plant, promote/verify that claims, coming out from validations, are analyzed and solved taking ownership of the problem solving.

Knowledge on usage of Atlassian Confluence/ Jira
