Job Summary
We are looking for a highly accountable, responsible, and detail-oriented Visa Documentation Executive to join our Trivandrum office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our students' overseas education journey,
ensuring that all visa applications, financial records, and supporting documents are meticulously prepared, verified, and submitted without errors. If you have a passion for the study abroad industry and a flawless track record of attention to detail, we want you on our team.
- Third-Party Liaison & Coordination: Actively deal with and manage all external stakeholders to ensure the seamless and successful processing of student visas.
- End-to-End Document Verification: Meticulously receive, review, and authenticate students' visa application files, financial records, and supporting academic documents to ensure 100% compliance with specific country regulations.
- Application Processing: Prepare and flawlessly submit visa applications to appropriate embassies, high commissions, or consulates.
