Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring effective production and meeting quality standards.
- Manage a team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth supply chain management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in galvanizing or pickling line operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) processes and equipment.
- Experience with slitting operations is desirable but not mandatory.
