We are looking for an energetic and guest-friendly Guest Activities Executive to conduct and coordinate recreational activities for resort guests and ensure they have an enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily activities and recreational programs for resort guests.
- Engage guests and encourage participation in activities.
- Organize indoor and outdoor games and guest entertainment activities.
- Conduct suitable activities for children, families, and groups.
- Explain activity rules and ensure guests participate safely.
- Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere during activities.
- Coordinate the activity schedule as assigned.
- Ensure all activity areas and equipment are kept ready and organized.
- Interact professionally with guests and assist with their activity-related requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable interacting with guests of different age groups.
- Ability to conduct and manage guest activities confidently.
- Basic knowledge of indoor and outdoor games is preferred.
- Previous experience in a resort, hotel, recreation, or guest activities role is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
