Job Description: Presales & Business Development Executive IT Staffing

Position: Presales & Business Development Executive ,AM Experience Required: 5+ years in IT Staffing/Recruitment Industry

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC Payable Upto 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Presales Activities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client staffing needs and propose suitable talent solutions.
- Prepare client-specific proposals, presentations, and capability decks highlighting recruitment expertise.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored staffing solutions and pricing models.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to design workforce strategies aligned with client requirements.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT Staffing and Recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with prospective clients.




- Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring staffing solutions align with business goals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth delivery of staffing services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in presales and business development within the IT staffing/recruitment industry.
- Robust understanding of IT recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue growth in IT Staffing services.
