Senior Project Manager – Testing & Commissioning

Salary: ₹8–10 LPA
Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery and oversee Testing & Commissioning activities for MEP projects. The role involves managing project progress, coordinating with commissioning teams, clients, and delivery teams, and ensuring projects are completed within quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage Testing & Commissioning activities and coordinate with site teams.
- Prepare project proposals covering technical, financial, and logistics aspects.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, health & safety, and overall performance.
- Manage project teams and support operational planning and business growth.





Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Testing & Commissioning.
- Minimum 8 years of managerial-level experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP system design, installation, testing & commissioning, and project management.
- Strong project coordination, client management, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of quality, safety, compliance, and project governance.
- Candidates with comparatively less experience may be considered for Project Manager position.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
