Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project delivery while ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BIM Designers and Modelers.
- Guide team members in developing accurate and detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Establish and implement QA/QC procedures and checklists to maintain project quality standards.
- Maintain advanced proficiency in Revit, including modeling, detailing, and documentation workflows.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize MEP families, templates, and BIM content libraries.
- Ensure effective coordination between MEP, Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve clashes and model conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
- Support the preparation of high-quality project documentation, including plans, sections, schedules,



and elevations.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and team productivity to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI/NCTVT-certified HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Draftsman, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader BIM MEP on building services projects.
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Proven experience in team management, client coordination, and project delivery.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
