Role Summary

The Business Development Associate (BDA) plays a key role in generating and developing business opportunities for the organization's investment visa and residency-by-investment programs. This position involves identifying and engaging with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, investors, and other prospective clients, building strong client relationships, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Generate and qualify leads for investment visa, residency-by-investment, and citizenship-by-investment programs through calls, networking, referrals, and digital channels.

 Identify and reach out to potential High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, investors, and other prospective clients.

 Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their requirements, interests, and investment objectives.

 Schedule consultations and meetings between qualified prospects and senior consultants.

 Explain basic investment visa and residency program offerings,



perks, processes, and eligibility criteria to prospective clients.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to ensure effective lead nurturing and pipeline progression.

 Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, client, follow-up, and sales activity information.

 Coordinate with senior consultants and the sales team to ensure smooth handling of qualified leads and client requirements.

 Assist in organizing client meetings, webinars, seminars, networking events, and other business development activities.

 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, referral partners, and potential business sources.

 Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

 Monitor and report on lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and overall sales pipeline activities.
