About the Role-

We are looking for an organized, creative, and operationally sharp Content Strategist to act as the key link between our Content, Social Media, and Graphic Design teams. In this role, you will go beyond conceptualizing content and actively manage resource allocation, creative workflows, and production timelines to ensure top-notch visual deliverables across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management & Resource Allocation-

Act as the main operational bridge between the Social Media, Content, and Graphic Design teams to streamline daily task pipelines.

Efficiently assign, balance, and track graphic design resources based on team bandwidth, task complexity, and project priorities.

Prevent creative bottlenecks by maintaining a clear view of short-term and long-term design deliverables.





Quality Control & Visual Strategy-

Align overall content strategy with visual execution, ensuring all graphic outputs match brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and platform best practices.

Review design deliverables such as carousels, reels covers, banners, and ad creatives for quality, accuracy, and messaging consistency before final rollout.

Guide designers with explicit, actionable feedback to elevate creative quality without stalling delivery timelines.

Timeline Management & Execution-

Ensure strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.

Oversee end-to-end production pipelines from initial creative briefs and copy handoffs to final visual assets and posting approvals.

Swiftly resolve operational blockers and prioritize emergency or high-impact client or brand requests seamlessly.
