Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of DSCI's CSR programs. The role involves coordinating with clients, implementation partners/ trainer, schools and internal teams to ensure timely execution, effective stakeholder management, accurate project reporting and seamless program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end execution of assigned CSR projects, including project planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of activities.

Work closely with corporate partners, schools, trainers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution, manage stakeholder communication, resolve operational issues, and ensure alignment across all parties.

Coordinate the planning and delivery of awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs by managing calendars, logistics, resource availability, and implementation schedules.

Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, participant databases, attendance records,



assessments, and other project-related documentation while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor project progress against defined timelines and milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks, proactively follow up on pending actions, and support issue resolution to ensure successful project delivery.

Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, impact summaries, and other documentation required for client reviews, management updates, and CSR reporting.
