Role & responsibilities

Robust knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings, and tolerances.

Expertise in CMM programming Calypso / MCOSMOS etc.).

Knowledge of ISO/IATF calibration requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of MSA/GRR is an added advantage.

Maintain calibration schedule for all measuring instruments and gauges (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Height gauge, etc.)

Ensure timely calibrationinternal or external NABL lab coordination.

Maintain calibration certificates and documentation as per ISO/IATF requirements.

Segregate OK / NOT OK instruments and ensure non-conforming instruments are blocked immediately.

Maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) in calibration room.
