About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating interest in our real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain real estate projects, locations, pricing, and available options to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain proper follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
