Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 10+ years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, and Core Finance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Liquidity Planning, Cash Pooling, Banking Payment Processes, General Ledger, and end-to-end SAP implementations. Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations with a focus on Cash Management and General Finance.
- Design and configure SAP Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Cash Pooling, and Banking solutions.
- Manage General Ledger, financial close, and core finance processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead workshops, mentor consultants, and coordinate cross-functional and global teams.
- Configure bank integrations, payment processes, and electronic bank statements.
- Ensure seamless integration with AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and external systems.




- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Drive project delivery, resolve critical issues, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations covering design, build, testing, and go-live.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to take ownership of sub-projects, understand critical issues, manage key meetings, and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct and lead workshops, manage an international team of consultants and subcontractors, coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of fully integrated solutions.
