Alankrit by Manju Jalota is a 30-year-old heritage Chikankari brand based in Lucknow, working with over 5,000 artisans across 40 villages. We are growing rapidly across India and internationally, and are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy individual to streamline our inventory, dispatch, and order management systems.

ROLE

Excel Automation & Inventory Systems Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and maintain Excel-based automation systems for inventory tracking, order management, and dispatch monitoring
- Build and implement a barcoding system for all Chikankari products — from production to dispatch to delivery
- Create automated dashboards for sales, stock levels, and parcel tracking
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports for management
- Integrate barcode scanners with Excel or inventory software
- Maintain product master data — SKUs, categories, pricing, stock counts
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure accurate data entry




- Identify and fix inefficiencies in current manual processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — Advanced level (VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA)
- Hands-on experience building barcode systems (barcode generation, label printing, scanner integration)
- Experience with inventory or order management workflows
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Knowledge of tools like Zebra label printers, Barcode generators, or similar is a plus
- Experience with any ERP or inventory software (Tally, Zoho, etc.) is an added advantage

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce brands
- Knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets automation
- Familiarity with courier/logistics integrations (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.)

Pay: ₹305,686.41 - ₹1,311,335.37 per year
