About the Role
As a Corporate Functions Senior Accountant at Navsan, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position supports the monthly and year-end financial close processes, maintains accuracy
in intercompany and debt-related accounting, and ensures the timely completion of financial reporting activities.
The role requires strong ownership of accounting workstreams, collaboration with global stakeholders, and proactive support of audit and financial governance processes.
About the Team
This position is part of the Global Consolidation Team within the Global Finance Department and reports to the Corporate Functions Controller.
The Global Consolidation team works closely with business units and legal entities across the broader organization, providing exposure to global finance operations and opportunities for qualified
development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly Close & Accounting Activities
Prepare and post monthly closing journal entries related to cash activity and general ledger accounts.
Review invoicing processes and perform AP/AR confirmations to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Review and maintain bank reconciliations and goodwill schedules.
Record debt-related accounting entries and perform Effective Interest Rate (EIR) calculations.

Maintain and update the Intercompany Matrix workbook, including refreshing reports
and updating foreign exchange entries.
