About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic
Restaurant Recruiter
to support the rapid hiring of staff across our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment, sourcing candidates quickly, coordinating interviews, and ensuring positions are filled within required timelines.

You will work closely with restaurant managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements and build a solid pipeline of reliable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff, including
servers, captains, hosts, cashiers, kitchen staff, cooks, stewards, and supervisors
.
- Understand staffing requirements and hiring targets for each restaurant location.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, walk-ins, and local hiring networks.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, availability, and suitability for the role.




- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with restaurant managers.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for urgent and recurring vacancies.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure quick joining and reduce dropouts.
- Coordinate documentation, background checks, and pre-joining formalities with the HR team.
- Track recruitment numbers, interview-to-selection ratios, joining rates, and open positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Develop local hiring channels and community networks around restaurant locations.
- Work closely with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and campus or local hiring events when required.
