Responsibilities
- Specializes in the management of a cross functional team which works on significant projects through scheduling, prioritizing, expectation setting, and cost management.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to highquality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Manages technical and nontechnical aspects of the project.
- Assembles project teams and manages resource allocation and daytoday operations of the project.
- Manages communications and change management strategies for relevant stakeholders for each project.
- Provides logsitical projet support, risk management, and progress reporting.
- Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Responsibilities typically include: Implementing function (ex. Data Analytics, IT Architecture, etc) and Division policies and strategies for short-term results (1 year or less).
- Handling problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
- Influencing others outside of own function regarding function policies, practices and procedures.
- Interfacing with other leadership and stakeholders within function and throughout the business.
Qualifications
- University Degree and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
