Relevant Experience:
Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance who is detail-oriented and proactive to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper internal controls, meeting statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, and managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial accounting, month-end closing, audits, statutory compliance, and working with ERP systems. Experience in a SaaS company, particularly in subscription billing, revenue recognition,



and deferred revenue accounting, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Maintain solid internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Work closely with ERP teams to enhance accounting workflows and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and business insights for management.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
