Job Summary:
The STP Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Sewage Treatment Plant, ensuring proper treatment of wastewater and maintaining the plant in safe and efficient working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the STP equipment and treatment process on a daily basis.
- Check water levels, pumps, motors, blowers, chemical dosing, and other plant equipment.
- Monitor the treatment process and ensure proper functioning of the plant.
- Conduct routine checks and maintain required operational parameters.
- Identify and report equipment faults, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain daily STP operation logs, readings, and maintenance records.
- Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of STP equipment and surrounding areas.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals used in the treatment process.




- Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and handling chemicals.
- Ensure treated water meets the required quality standards and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the STP area.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an STP Operator or in wastewater treatment operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, blowers, and water treatment processes.
- Ability to monitor equipment and identify operational issues.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
- Valuable understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
