Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in dispatch, warehouse operations, and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented company.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Dispatch, Warehouse & Logistics to oversee and coordinate all activities related to dispatch (including exports), warehouse management, logistics, and transportation services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the complete order cycle, inventory control, and daily coordination to ensure seamless execution of dispatches in line with shipment schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
- Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Manage export documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.




- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Plan, organize, schedule, and execute dispatches as per the defined shipment calendar.
- Warehouse Management:
- Manage the daily operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate transportation activities, such as route planning and vehicle management.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work workplace.

- Oversee the stock movement and storage in the warehouse on a monthly basis.
