We are hiring an experienced South Indian Chef skilled in preparing authentic dishes such as DOSA, IDLI, VADA, SAMBHAR, RASAM, CHUTNEYS, and South Indian curries. The candidate should ensure consistent taste, quality, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience in South Indian cooking.
- Knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts.
