Role Description
The Branch Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Ner, responsible for overseeing end-to-end branch operations and performance. This role includes managing daily logistics activities, supervising staff, and ensuring timely and accurate pickup, sorting, and delivery of consignments. The Branch Head monitors service quality, implements standard operating procedures,



and ensures compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role involves managing channel partners and key customers, handling escalations, and driving customer satisfaction. The Branch Head also tracks branch revenue, controls costs, prepares reports, and collaborates with regional leadership to achieve business targets and support process improvements.

Qualifications
- Experience in branch or operations management within logistics, courier, or supply chain environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort working with technology-enabled logistics systems.
