Senior Accountant Requirements: (Dubai)
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations.
- Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
- Preparing state, local, and special tax returns.
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of tax laws
- Robust financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Operating billing software and day account




- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
- Managing accounting data of the store
- Overall monitoring of Tender reconciliation for Stores
- Coordination between Store and bank
- Proper account of Shortages and informing recovery
- Float Management
- Banking receipts / Transfers accounting and clearing
- Experience in Tally ERP 9.0.
- Knowledge accounting (Sale, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journal), Accounting Entries, Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
- Bank Reconciliation Statement
- UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
