is looking for an experienced and responsible
HR & Finance Executive
to manage day-to-day HR and finance operations from our Indore office.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate with employees and management, and ensure timely completion of HR and finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administration
• Recruitment coordination and candidate follow-ups
• Joining and exit formalities
• Employee records, documentation and database management
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll coordination
• Offer letters, appointment letters and HR documentation
• Employee communication and HR policy implementation
• Performance review and increment documentation
• General HR and administrative coordination
Finance Operations
• Preparing and coordinating client invoices
• Payment follow-ups and receivables tracking
• Expense and payment record maintenance
• TDS/GST-related coordination
• Payment and bank reconciliation
• Accounts payable and receivable coordination
• Weekly and monthly finance reporting
• Coordination with external accountant/CA
Who We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR or Finance
• Robust experience in either HR or Finance is acceptable
• Candidates with experience in both functions will be preferred
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability
• Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience in an agency, SME, startup or service business is preferred
Important: You do not need to be equally experienced in both HR and Finance. If you have strong experience in one function and are willing to learn the other, we are open to training the right candidate.
