About the Role

Premier Fashions is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the apparel industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with retailers, wholesalers, dealers, distributors, and other business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as retailers, wholesalers, dealers, distributors, boutiques, and other apparel businesses.

Understand business customer requirements and recommend suitable apparel products based on their market and business needs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new B2B clients.

Conduct product presentations,



showroom/business meetings, and explain product features, pricing, and commercial terms effectively.

Generate B2B leads, follow up regularly, negotiate with clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, inventory, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, quotations, orders, payments, and follow-ups.

Stay updated on apparel market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and product demand.

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders and long-term business relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: 0–2 years in B2B Sales, Wholesale Sales, Retail Sales, or Apparel/Garment Industry.

Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
