Role Description




The Hiring Operations Team Lead will oversee and coordinate end-to-end hiring activities for ITIL, ServiceNow, Endpoint & Asset Management roles, ensuring timely and high-quality talent delivery for clients. This full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru involves leading a small team of recruiters, setting priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing recruitment processes for mid to senior-level technology roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, designing sourcing strategies, screening and shortlisting candidates, managing interview workflows, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems.
