Customer Service Executive

Job Profile
- Responsible for lead generation, product promotion, and customer service.
- Should be capable of handling 100–200 calls per day, including incoming calls.
- Should be a multitasker with the ability to manage follow-ups and coordinate with various departments.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Competencies
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurized workplace.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
