Job Description:
We are hiring experienced AR Callers (Physician Billing) to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US healthcare AR calling and solid communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with US insurance companies on outstanding AR
- Handle denials, rejections, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of claims
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Freshers or minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling (Physician Billing mandatory)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle
- Willingness to work night shifts
