PURCHASE AND PROCUREMENT JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Sourcing: Identifying and vetting suppliers for specialized defence components,

services, and equipment. manage and maintain supplier databases; build strong relationships.

Contract & Negotiation: Leading techno-commercial negotiations, managing contracts, Purchase

Orders (POs), and ensuring best value.

Supplier Management: Developing robust supplier relationships, monitoring performance, and

resolving issues.

Compliance & Risk: Ensuring adherence to defence procurement policies (like

DAP), CPSR requirements, and managing procurement risks.

Inventory & Logistics: Track orders, monitor deliveries, manage stock levels, and handle issues

with damaged or short-supplied goods.

Internal Collaboration: Working with Finance, Operations, Quality Assurance,

and Technical teams.

Policy & Compliance: Enforce company procurement policies and ensure all purchases comply

with standards.

Experience: 2-3 Years

CTC: Depends on Previous CTC

Any relevant experience related to Hardware purchase side is also fine

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
