As a Junior AI Engineer, you will contribute to developing AI agents that enhance the meeting and collaboration experience. Key Accountabilities Activities
- Assist in developing AI agents using both proprietary (e.g., OpenAI GPT) and open-source LLMs
(e.g., Qwen, Llama).
- Implement ASR pipelines to support real-time speech-to-text use cases in meetings.
- Contribute to model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment for user-facing features.
- Support the creation of QA and evaluation pipelines to monitor model accuracy and output quality.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI features with the overall product roadmap.




- Conduct research on emerging ML/LLM techniques and experiment with integration into product use cases.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliable AI functionality.

Background, Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experiences in ML and LLM.
- Solid foundation in ML/DL principles and practical coding.
- Proficiency in Python (bonus: JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, or Java).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Exposure to LLM use cases and API integration.
- Familiarity with ASR tools (e.g., Whisper, Vosk, Kaldi) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Comfortable working in a startup environment adaptive, fast-moving, and proactive.
