Role Description
The Software Engineering Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for leading a team of software engineers, overseeing the design and development of software and web applications, and ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Day-to-day activities include planning and prioritizing development tasks, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and collaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements.



The Team Lead will also contribute to architectural decisions, manage project timelines and risks, and ensure effective communication across the team and with other departments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern languages and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and be able to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience building and maintaining Web Applications, including front-end and back-end components.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Team Leadership skills, including mentoring, task delegation, and performance feedback.
- Relevant skills such as software architecture, version control (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, and agile development practices are beneficial.
