WHAT YOU WILL DO

Research & Topic Planning
- Build and maintain a topic bank every month, grounded in industry trends, regulatory developments, competitor activity, and platform algorithm shifts
- Monitor relevant topics across enterprise customer data management, MDM, PII, data privacy, DPDP Act, GDPR, and related areas and translate them into actionable post angles
- Identify the right topics based on their content pillar, audience, and the month's focus
- Ensure topics are timely, relevant, and differentiated, not generic or recycled

Content Calendar & Planning
- Own the monthly content calendar: mapping topics to days, platforms, and formats for both executives
- Plan the publishing rhythm across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Medium, and the Posidex website Blog following the fixed weekly structure
- Coordinate content planning by deciding the pillar, angle, and publish window each month




- Ensure the calendar is always 3-4 weeks ahead so the writing and approval process never stalls

Briefing & Coordination
- Write transparent, detailed content briefs for each post covering the topic, angle, key points, reference articles, and voice/tone guidance
- Coordinate the review and approval cycle between the content writer, the executives, and internal stakeholders
- Track each piece through drafting, review, approval, scheduling, and publish flagging delays before they become problems
- Manage the shared content tracker and keep it accurate and up to date at all times

Editorial Review
- Review all drafted content checking for accuracy, tone, clarity, and alignment to the brief
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to the content writer, not just flagging issues but suggesting how to fix them
- Ensure every post sounds as per the tone of voice, not like a press release or a marketing brochure
- Maintain a consistent editorial standard ac
