About the Role: The CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation, MIS preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Budgeting & forecasting: - Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team. - Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvement. 2. Financial Statements: - Scrutiny of all GLs. - Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for. - Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations. 3. Statutory and tax compliance: - Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed. - Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit. 4. MIS:



- Ensuring all daily MISs are prepared in timely manner. - Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report. - Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled. Candidate Profile: - Chartered Accountant with experience of 4-6 years. - Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks. - Comfort with ERP and Excel. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
