Roles and responsibilities Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting. Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L; schedules Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services. Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure. Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.
