Roles & Responsibili ties Lead strategic planning across multiple brands and campaigns. Develop brand, communication, and campaign strategies rooted in consumer, cultural, and business insights. Translate ambiguous client briefs into clear strategic opportunities and actionable frameworks. Build persuasive presentations and narratives that influence clients and inspire creative teams. Collaborate closely with creative, business, and client stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Guide and mentor junior strategists, ensuring high-quality strategic output.



Stay ahead of cultural trends, market shifts, and consumer behaviour to uncover new opportunities. Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives. Leverage AI tools to enhance research, planning, and strategic thinking. Requirements 6–8 years of experience in brand, communications, or creative strategy within an agency or brand workplace. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex business challenges. Proven experience developing integrated campaigns and brand platforms. Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience collaborating with creative teams from concept through execution. Ability to thrive in ambiguity while taking ownership and driving outcomes. Experience mentoring or leading junior strategists is preferred. Why Join Us?
