Role Develop an implement effective sales strategies Understand WTW’s capabilities and tools and identify the right opportunities Prepare sales agreements, proposals and other documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guideline. Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close sales. Build and maintain strong relationship with current and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams and deliver best results to the client. Resolve client’s issues. Qualifications MBA/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field 5-10 years experience in Sales Demonstrated achievement in new business acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
