Role Overview We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients (Schools, Colleges & Upskilling Institutes) , engaging with them via LinkedIn and cold outreach, and fixing appointments with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io to scout, generate, and qualify leads (primarily educational institutions). Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging , cold emails , and follow-ups to build engagement. Fix appointments with school/college management , administrators, or key decision-makers. Assist in building workflows and strategies for improved lead generation and engagement. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment status in CRM tools. ✅ Skills & Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in lead generation , sales , or LinkedIn outreach . Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and tools like Apollo.io is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with cold calls & messaging, emailing, and professional follow-ups. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
