About Mentor Match Mentor Match is a rapid-growing online tutoring platform helping students across curricula and geographies learn better, one session at a time. About the Role We're looking for someone to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5. This isn't just content creation — you'll frame the product from the ground up: what we teach, how it's structured, how it's delivered, and how it evolves. You'll treat the curriculum as a product, with learners as your users. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end curriculum product for Grades 1–5 across curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB) Design the product framework — learning outcomes, lesson structures, assessment banks, and progression paths Build and iterate: launch, gather feedback from tutors and students, and improve continuously Work with tech tools and AI-assisted workflows to build and scale content efficiently Collaborate with tutors,
