Key Responsibilities Make 40–50 outbound calls daily from company-provided leads. Explain apna.live and offer a FREE website preview. Share website links through WhatsApp. Follow up with interested customers and generate conversions. Maintain daily call records and update Excel/system data. Assist customers with basic profile setup.



Requirements 1–2 years of BPO / Telecalling / Telesales experience. Good Hindi basic English communication. Confident and polite communication skills. Basic Excel knowledge — Updating records and basic formatting. Basic ChatGPT knowledge for simple work-related tasks. Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
