- BCMS & Risk Management: Manage end-to-end BCMS, BIA, risk assessments, Functional Recovery Plans, and BCP development aligned with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.
- BCP/DR Testing: Plan and execute BCP simulations, tabletop exercises, call-tree tests, and IT DR drills; track gaps, corrective actions, RTO/RPO, and recovery readiness.
- Crisis, Audit & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate crisis/incident response, engage business and IT stakeholders, support regulatory/internal audits, and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps.
- Reporting & Awareness: Prepare risk dashboards and management reports, conduct BCM awareness/training programs, and maintain BCMS documentation, procedures, and communications.
