Emerald Construction is looking for a friendly, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and schedule appointments for our residential and commercial construction services.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate recent leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about our construction services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine project enquiries.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/marketing team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer details, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team regarding customer enquiries.
- Maintain daily call and lead-generation reports.




- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
- Good Tamil communication skills are essential.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to convince and engage potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and MS Office / Excel.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work towards targets.

Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Real Estate, or Construction is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
