About the Role
Quazar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise structural execution and high-end interior finishing works for residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry and plastering as per approved GFC drawings.
✅ Manage interior finishing works, including flooring, false ceiling, POP, painting, doors & windows, modular kitchens, wardrobes, tiling and waterproofing.
✅ Ensure site accuracy in line, level, plumb, dimensions and workmanship quality.
✅ Plan and monitor work sequences to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Coordinate effectively with Civil, MEP and Interior teams.




✅ Monitor manpower, materials, timelines and overall site progress.
✅ Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates with proven hands-on experience in both RCC structural work and high-end interior finishing for residential buildings/floors.
