*? ABOUT THE ROLE*

We are looking for an experienced and proactive *Site Supervisor – Exhibition* to manage the installation, execution, and dismantling of exhibition stands and event setups.

*? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Supervise installation & dismantling of exhibition stands and booths

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, Production Teams & Vendors

• Manage site manpower, subcontractors & resources

• Ensure timely completion as per project schedule

• Execute work as per approved drawings & client specifications

• Conduct site inspections & resolve site issues

• Ensure safety and venue regulations are followed

• Coordinate material deliveries, tools & equipment

• Maintain daily site reports & progress updates

• Coordinate with clients, venue management & contractors

• Handle final inspection, snagging,



handover & dismantling

*? REQUIREMENTS*

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in Exhibition, Events, Interior Fit-out or Construction

• Knowledge of stand installation, joinery, graphics, lighting & finishing

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends & overnight shifts when required

• Valid Driving Licence is an advantage

• Experience with exhibition organizers & venue regulations

• Robust team coordination & manpower management

• Knowledge of site safety standards

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & project reporting
