About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Sonography Report Typist to accurately transcribe and format ultrasound/sonography reports dictated by radiologists and sonologists, ensuring quick turnaround and error-free documentation for patients and referring doctors. Key Responsibilities Type sonography/ultrasound reports from doctor's dictation (verbal or recorded) accurately and promptly Format reports using standard templates (obstetric, abdominal, pelvic, Doppler, small parts, etc.) Proofread for medical terminology, spelling, and grammatical accuracy Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times Coordinate with radiologists/sonologists for clarifications on unclear dictations Print, organize,



and hand over finalized reports within the required turnaround time Maintain a digital/physical record of all reports for future reference Assist front desk/reception with report-related queries when needed Update and manage report templates as per doctor preferences Requirements Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Certificate in Medical Transcription preferred Prior experience in a diagnostic center, hospital, or medical transcription role preferred Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) with high accuracy Familiarity with medical/radiology terminology (training can be provided) Working knowledge of MS Word and report-generation software Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure Basic English proficiency; Hindi/Marathi helpful for local communication Preferred Skills Prior exposure to RIS/PACS or sonography reporting software Ability to multitask during peak OPD hours.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
